How to change the Tariff of the SIM
The tariff that’s predefined can be changed to another one of your choosing.
Here’s how you can change your Tariff:
If you have a Smartphone, open the Phone app and dial *111# and click the Call button:
If you have a Basic or Feature Phone, just dial using the symbols and numbers on the keypad and press the Call button.
Chose “Tarifários e Serviços”, enter”1″ and press “Enviar” (Send):
The next screen, allows you to chose the type of Tariff you want to change to. In this case, lets enter”1″, “Tarifários LIKE” and press “Enviar” (Send):
You’ll only see a short list of the available “LIKE” Tariffs.
To check the rest of the list, enter “99” and press “Enviar” (Send):
As an example, lets chose the Tarif “1” 5GB + 1000mins/SMS. To go back to the previous screen, enter “0” and press “Enviar” (Send).
To request the Tariff change, enter “1” and press “Enviar” (Send). The next screen will show you the information about the Tariff and its monthly cost:
To submit the request, enter”1″ and press “Enviar” (Send). The change will be processed by the Provider, you should have the required amount in the cards balance, in this case 21€, to guarantee that the Tariff is active for 30 days. To see how and where to top-up, click here.
